What is your minimum order quantity?
It varies by product. Most lash styles can be quoted in sample quantities, wigs and hair are quoted per piece, and custom printed packaging carries its own print minimum because the plate and die have to be made. Ask for the specific number for your order.
Can you customise wigs and hair products?
Yes. Length, density, lace type, colour and cap construction are quoted per order. Send a reference photo and the cap spec and we come back with the closest match and a sample plan.
Do you supply the same styles to other buyers?
Stock styles are shared, which is normal in this industry. Buyer-specific artwork, dielines and tooling are never reused, and we sign an NDA before you send references.
How long does production take?
Samples usually move in one to two weeks. Production after approval is typically two to four weeks depending on whether the style is stocked or made to order, and whether packaging is printed.
Can you pack my lashes into my box?
That is the normal way we ship. Lashes go into the printed box with insert, applicator and aftercare card, so what arrives is a sellable unit rather than flat boxes and loose trays.
How do I start a private label line?
Send your logo and the category you want to launch. We come back with the closest existing mould, a dieline and a sample plan, and most lines start with one style in one box.
