Orders & MOQ
What is the minimum order quantity?
Typically around 10 pairs per style on stock lash styles, with some styles lower. Custom packaging has a separate print minimum that depends on the box format and printing method; we confirm it in the quote rather than in general terms.
Can I mix styles in one order?
Yes, and we recommend it. Mixed trays and mixed SKUs ship in one carton and reach you in one shipment instead of three.
Do you have a price list?
We quote per style and quantity because the material, curl and packaging all move the price. Send the list of styles you want and you will get a line-item quote, not a PDF with ranges.
Do you sell retail or single pairs?
No. We supply brands, wholesalers, distributors and salon groups only.
Samples & lead times
How fast can I get samples?
Stock styles are prepared in 3-5 days. Custom curl, colour or packaging samples take longer because they are made against your spec.
Do you charge for samples?
Yes, samples carry a fee that covers materials and freight. It is normally credited against the bulk order once you place it.
What is the production lead time?
7-15 days after artwork and sample approval for standard runs. Peak season and complex packaging add time, and we tell you that at quote stage rather than after you pay.
Customisation & branding
Can you match a competitor product?
Send a physical sample or a clear reference and we will build a spec sheet against it. We do not copy a trademarked design or artwork, but we can match construction and performance.
What packaging formats do you offer?
Book, drawer box, magnetic closure, blister, pouch and sleeve formats, printed with your artwork. Foil stamping, spot UV, embossing and window die-cuts are all available.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. Tell us before you share artwork or designs and we will put a mutual NDA in place.
Do you keep my design exclusive?
Yes. A customer-specific design and your artwork are not offered to other buyers.
Payment, shipping & compliance
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer and other trade-appropriate methods are confirmed on the invoice. Payment terms are agreed per order; a common split is a deposit with the balance before shipment.
Who arranges shipping?
Either side can. We quote FOB if you have your own forwarder, or delivered if you would rather we handle it. Express, air and sea are all available depending on volume.
Who pays duties and taxes?
That depends on the Incoterm we agree. We will tell you which costs sit with you before you order so your landed cost is not a surprise.
Do you handle labelling for my market?
We print the label content you supply. Regulatory responsibility for ingredients, warnings and responsible-person details stays with you as the brand owner.
