Quality is a checkpoint, not a promise.
"High quality" means nothing without a stage where a batch can be stopped. These are the five points where ours can be.
Incoming material
Fibre thickness, matte finish, curl memory and band stretch are checked against the approved reference before a batch enters production.
In-line assembly
Operators check taper, fan width and knot security at set intervals against a reference tray. Deviations stop the line, they do not continue to packing.
Adhesive batch
Every adhesive filling run is batch coded. If a customer reports a tack or odour issue, we can trace the run and the raw material lot.
Final AQL
A pull sample is inspected for curl, band width, glue residue, count accuracy and print quality. The carton is only sealed after it passes.
Pre-shipment
Carton count, labelling, barcode scanning and document check before handover to the forwarder.
Documentation
What we can put in writing.
Different markets ask for different paperwork. Rather than publishing a badge we cannot stand behind, we tell you what can be produced for your specific order and market, and we confirm it before you place it.
- Material composition statement for your listing requirements
- Batch and production records for a specific order
- Photographs of your production run before packing
- Carton and pallet marking to your routing guide
- Third-party test reports arranged on request and at cost
Certifications relevant to your market, such as cosmetic good manufacturing practice or product safety testing, are confirmed per order. Ask us for the current documents before you list the product.
Labelling responsibility
You supply the label text required in your market: ingredients, warnings, responsible person, importer details. We print it accurately and flag anything that looks incomplete, but we do not act as your regulatory representative.
Claims we will not print
We will not print "100% mink" on a synthetic product, or a certification mark you do not hold. If a claim cannot be documented, we will say so before your artwork goes to print.
