Custom lash packaging, printed with your logo.
A lash tray costs cents and the box decides whether anyone picks it up. We print book, drawer, magnetic, blister and pouch formats, then pack your lashes into them here so what reaches you is a sellable unit, not a flat box and a bag of trays.
Formats
Six box formats, one print run each.
The format decides your unit cost, your shipping weight and how the product reads on a shelf or in a photograph. Most brands start with one format and add a second for kits.
| Format | Construction | Typical use | Trade-off |
|---|---|---|---|
| Book / booklet box | Opens like a book; tray and lid are one printed piece | Cluster trays, 8-16 pair strip sets | Strong shelf presence, cheapest per unit at volume |
| Drawer box (slipcase) | Rigid outer sleeve with a sliding tray | Premium strip lashes, gift sets | Highest perceived value, heavier to ship |
| Magnetic closure | Rigid box with hidden magnets and a ribbon pull | Retail kits, lash + glue bundles | Reusable, common in beauty retail |
| Blister / card | Printed card with a clear blister or a hang tab | Salon back-bar, drugstore pegs | Lowest cost, best for hanging display |
| Pouch / stand-up bag | Foil or matte pouch with a zip or tear notch | Refill clusters, aftercare, samples | Light and postal-friendly |
| Sleeve over stock box | Printed sleeve wrapped around our stock tray box | First orders, market tests | Cheapest route to branded packaging |
Recent work
Eleven boxes buyers actually reordered.
Every photo below is a pack we printed and shipped. Look at the dieline before the artwork: the window position, the tray depth and the tool slot decide whether the box survives a courier, not the logo.

Finishing
What you can put on the box.
Everything below is quoted per design, not per order, so the artwork cost is paid once. If a finish is not listed, ask - the answer is usually yes.
| Printing | CMYK process, Pantone spot colour, or both on the same box |
|---|---|
| Foil stamping | Gold, rose gold, silver, holographic - the most requested finish on black boxes |
| Spot UV | Gloss varnish over a matte surface to lift a logo or pattern |
| Embossing / debossing | Raised or recessed logo, readable by touch |
| Window die-cut | Clear PVC or PET window so the tray is visible without opening |
| Lamination | Matte, gloss or soft-touch film; soft-touch is the current default for premium brands |
| Inserts | EVA foam, paperboard or moulded pulp to hold the tray and tools |
| Variable data | Barcode, batch code, expiry, QR to your landing page |

Process
From a photo of a box to a printed carton.
Spec sheet
You send format, size, quantity, artwork or reference. If you only have a photo of a competitor box, that is enough to start.
Dieline
We return a die-cut template (AI or PDF) for your designer to place artwork on - 1 working day.
Digital proof
A rendered proof plus, where colour matters, a physical printed sample before the full run.
Print and pack
Boxes are printed, then lashes are packed into them here rather than shipped loose for you to assemble.
Export
Cartons marked with your SKU, then FOB or delivered depending on what you asked for.
Commercials
What it takes to start.
Packaging is quoted separately from the lashes, because the box and the tray have different minimums. Both numbers are confirmed in writing before production.
Digital printing allows short runs for a market test; offset becomes cheaper per unit above a few thousand. We will tell you which side of that line your quantity sits on before you commit to a print method.
Why it matters
Packaging is the part the customer keeps.
A lash tray is consumed in weeks; the box sits on a vanity or in a salon drawer for months, and it is what the customer photographs for a review. Three things decide whether that box earns a repeat order:
- Whether it closes again. A magnetic or drawer box survives being reopened; a glued blister does not, and an unclosed box means the tray dries out.
- Whether the tray is visible. A die-cut window sells the product before it is opened, which matters in a market where buyers cannot touch the lash.
- Whether the copy answers the question the buyer asks next. Wear time, curl, count and aftercare belong on the box or the insert, not only on your website.
