Questions

OEM and ODM, answered.

What is the difference between OEM and ODM here?

OEM means you own the design and we produce it to your specification. ODM means you choose from designs we already produce and modify them. Both can carry your brand on the packaging; the difference is who owns the product design.

How low can my first order be?

Stock lash styles typically start around 10 pairs per style, and some styles go lower. Custom packaging has its own print minimum, which depends on the box format and print method. We will tell you the real number before you commit.

Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes. We produce samples against your specification so you can check curl memory, taper, band softness and packaging print quality. Sample costs are quoted up front and are normally credited against the bulk order.

Who owns the design and the artwork?

You do. We do not resell a customer-specific design or your packaging artwork to another buyer, and we can sign an NDA before you share references.

What do you need from me to quote?

Style or reference image, quantity per style, target market, packaging format if you have one, and your target landed price. If you have a dieline, send it, otherwise we supply a standard one.

How do you handle compliance text and barcodes on packaging?

We print the text and barcode you supply for your market. Ingredient lists, warnings and responsible-person details remain your responsibility to provide; we flag anything that looks incomplete before printing.
