Produced on lines we manage.

Production runs in Heze, Shandong on partner lines our team manages on site: lash assembly, adhesive filling and packaging, with the export team in the same city.

Location

Heze, Shandong. Lash country.

Shandong is where a large share of the world's false eyelashes are made, and our team has grown up inside that supply chain. That means access to fibre, adhesives and packaging locally, and the ability to fix a problem on the line rather than waiting for a shipment from another province.

  • Lash tray assembly and hand finishing on site
  • Adhesive filling and batch recording
  • Packaging assembly and print checking
  • Export documentation prepared in-house

Production flow

Six stages, every batch.

Stage 01

Fibre and band intake

Incoming fibre is checked for thickness consistency, matte finish and curl memory before it reaches the assembly line. Band material is checked for stretch and adhesive residue.

Stage 02

Hand assembly

Clusters are knotted and shaped by hand. Operators work against a reference tray so taper and fan width stay consistent across the batch, not just on the first unit.

Stage 03

Adhesive filling

Lash adhesives are filled and sealed under controlled conditions, with batch coding recorded so any issue can be traced to a filling run.

Stage 04

Packaging

Trays, boxes and inserts are assembled and printed to the approved artwork. Barcodes are scanned before cartons are closed.

Stage 05

Final inspection

An AQL pull checks curl, band width, glue residue and print quality. Failures go back to the line, not into the carton.

Stage 06

Export preparation

Cartons are marked, labelled and documented for the destination market, then handed to the forwarder you or we appoint.
